Data Deletion
Effective 23 August 2026
This page explains how users of PDiary Practice Workspace, operated by Panagiotis Vasiliou (“PDiary”), can delete local data and request deletion of identifiable provider-held or internal data.
Delete local workspace data
- Open PDiary on the device that contains the workspace.
- Open Settings and use the available delete or reset control for the local workspace.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted. This removes the selected local workspace data from that device.
Uninstalling PDiary also removes app-local data managed by Android, but exported backups remain wherever the user chose to save them and must be deleted separately.
Request deletion of other identifiable data
- Email vasiliou.panos@yahoo.com with the subject “PDiary data deletion request”.
- State that the request concerns PDiary Practice Workspace and describe the data or purchase record involved.
- If the request concerns a subscription, include only the Google Play order identifier or the opaque PDiary/RevenueCat customer identifier if available. Do not email client names, diagnoses, notes, Secretary messages, or other clinical content.
- We will verify and action the request where the relevant record can be identified, and will reply with the outcome.
What is deleted or retained
- Identifiable internal analytics or support records linked to a valid request are deleted or de-identified where technically possible.
- Anonymous Firebase installation events may be impossible to associate with a particular requester because PDiary does not send a name, email, phone number, or account ID as the analytics user ID.
- Google Play and RevenueCat transaction records may be retained where needed to provide an active entitlement or meet legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, refund, or dispute-resolution obligations.
- Internal privacy-safe analytics snapshots and inactive customer hashes are otherwise retained for up to 24 months and then deleted automatically.
