Strategy controls

Choose whether the STR launcher appears in the calendar header. This only hides the button; it does not disable Strategy plans opened from other flows.

Visible days in Week/Bird Choose which days are projected in Week and Bird views. Hidden days keep their appointments and laws.

Insights feed risk warnings, finance/tax signals, Secretary signals, the Today ring and Strategy recommendations. Turning it off leaves the calendar working, but reduces PDiary to a much flatter calendar.

Secretary interrogation

Controls when PDiary asks end-of-day questions and how aggressively it catches finished appointments without a next session.

Secretary questions Allow Secretary to create inbox questions from real appointment gaps.

Live follow-up check After a session ends, check whether the same client has a future appointment.

Follow-up grace minutes How long after the appointment ends before Secretary complains.

Future follow-up window How many days ahead count as “next appointment exists”.

End-of-day interrogation Run the daily audit once per day at the selected time.

End-of-day time When Secretary should ask the daily questions.

Use Today Ring for Secretary questions Open Secretary inbox items keep the Today ring red/warning until resolved or hidden.
