These terms explain the basic rules for using PDiary a.i scheduling Planner.

Subscription

PDiary Pro is an optional, auto-renewing subscription purchased through Google Play. Before you start a purchase, the app shows the applicable local price, the billing period and that the plan renews automatically unless cancelled.

Your Google Play account is charged when you confirm the purchase. The selected plan renews at the stated price and billing period until you cancel it. Cancellation normally takes effect after the current billing period, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

You can manage or cancel a Google Play subscription at any time through the Google Play subscription centre.

Free and Pro access

No subscription is required to use the Basic Calendar. The free plan includes basic calendar management and up to 2,000 effective appointments. PDiary Pro unlocks premium features including unlimited appointments, STR plans, Secretary Intelligence, advanced insights, reminders, reports and limits.

No free subscription trial is offered on the subscription screen. Any non-paid feature access shown in the app is separate from Google Play subscriptions and does not start paid billing.

Use of the app

The app is a scheduling and practice-management tool. You remain responsible for reviewing calendar decisions, reminders, client communication and business records before relying on them.
